Fire Emblem: The Age of Legend
Believed to have been a city, though it may have been the name of the city’s king, in the early days of the Second Age. Since fairly extensive trading records of distant cities with it remain, it is believed to have been fairly prominent in the area which is now Peruvia (the country in fact derives its name from this ancient one).
Its precise location and its fate are unknown, though many guesses have been made. Most assume it was along one of Peruvia’s large rivers and perhaps near the Sea of Rove since some mention is made of trade with ancient Magrath, believed by some to have been in Serpenvir.
The famed cartographer and explorer Zorin of No-Town may have been from Per, on the other hand he might just have been from some part of its sphere of influence.
